What we store

The Testing Hub keeps only what we need to understand how the EarthTeam app works for you.

What we keep

• Your email address and the name you give us.
• The phones you test on: model, system version and app version.
• Your answers: whether each test worked, how easy it was, your notes and written answers.
• Screenshots you upload. These can show personal information, so crop or avoid anything private.
• Links to test projects you created in the app, so the team can remove them.

How we use it

Only to improve the EarthTeam app. Your feedback is seen by the EarthTeam team and isn’t shared or sold.

How long we keep it

Until the testing programme ends.

Removing your feedback

You can change your answers at any time while a test is open. To have your feedback and screenshots removed, email info@earth-team.org and the team will delete them.
